There are TapTone systems to inspect plastic, metal and glass containers. Teledyne Taptone also offers a line of rejection systems to remove faulty containers from the line. Teledyne TapTone Package Inspection systems are the most versatile inspection systems on the market. TapTone controllers are designed to operate multiple inspection sensors from a single controller. TapTone also offers a range of rejection systems and Case Inspection Systems. Optional inspections including missing cap, high/cocked cap, missing tamper band, missing foil seal and missing label can be added to most of our inspection systems.
