Vent Tube Detection with Electromagnetic Sensory

Inductive inspection of the content of glass, plastic and PET for metallic parts in the content.
Working distance of the sensor with stainless steel approx. 50 mm and with Fe approx. 60 mm, object size min. 6 mm (tube), object length min. 105 mm, material thickness min. 1,5 mm. The metallic objects have to stand upright on at least 60 mm height in the container.
Max. speed 1,7 m/sec, chain conveyor (plastic preferable). The objects to be inspected have to be calmed by a railing and as close as possible guided to the sensor.
