Since 2016 the HASYTECgroup has been developing an ultrasound intelligent technology to prevent deposits on all liquid-carrying surfaces. The innovative “Intelligent Deposit Protection^®” Technology prevents biofilm accumulation and inorganic deposits in various industrial applications, such as cooling towers, plate/shell/tube heat exchangers, pasteurizers, bottle washing machines, blanchers, tanks, piping and many more. The use of biocides and the need for cleaning and maintenance can be reduced, which extends the cleaning and maintenance cycles and also improves the production efficiency, increases operational safety and reduces operational expenses. As IDP^® at the same time prevents biocorrosion the lifetime of the protected applications and surfaces will be extended. This is the HASYTEC commitment to making a valuable contribution to protect our environment and hence was been awarded multiple times including the German Innovation Award in 2020 and was nominated for the German Environmental Award in 2022.
